The Role
As Founder’s Associate, you will help build Jade Capitech’s early BD, relationship management, and project execution system.
Our key mission is to build a high-trust, high-quality, and trackable Pre-Launch AUM Commitment Engine. Through shareholders, referrers, business owners, investment circles, and HNW networks, we will create high-quality meetings, deepen relationships, validate client needs, and prepare for AUM conversion after fund launch.
You will work directly with the founders across early fundraising, GTM validation, client relationship management, investor communication, event design, and internal project execution. You will help turn high-trust relationships, shareholder networks, potential clients, and external partners into a sustainable BD pipeline.
This is a high-intensity, high-learning role. You will gain hands-on exposure to financial markets, corporate structures, Hong Kong asset management, business owners, and HNW client communication. You will also help us build a more efficient, repeatable operating model for a financial startup.
We expect you to demonstrate mature interpersonal judgment, meticulous execution, strong ownership in independently driving tasks forward, and the ambition to grow rapidly in a high-intensity environment.
Responsibilities
1. Business & Relationship Development
- Map and expand networks across HNW individuals, business owners, referrers, and investment circles, while identifying key relationship nodes among potential clients, referrers, and external partners.
- Research potential clients’ backgrounds, allocation needs, mutual connections, and entry points.
- Maintain relationship warmth with potential clients, referrers, and external partners.
2. Meetings & Event Design
- Arrange 1:1 coffee chats, private dinners, business owner meetings, sports gatherings, seminars, and small private events.
- Plan and execute shareholder dinners, professional salons, private gatherings and seminars.
- Turn each meeting and event into a step toward relationship deepening, needs discovery, and future 1:1 follow-up.
3. BD Pipeline & RM
- Maintain the CRM pipeline and track each potential client’s status, needs, objections, estimated ticket size, next steps, and owner.
- Prepare pre-meeting briefs, post-meeting notes, client feedback, objections, and follow-up drafts.
- Support weekly BD reviews with pipeline updates, meeting progress, relationship temperature, client concerns, and next actions.
4. Project Ops & AI Automation
- Support projects across BD, GTM, investor relations, events, content, and company operations.
- Track progress, organize information, sync tasks, confirm deliverables, and reduce communication gaps across workstreams.
- Use AI tools to improve meeting preparation, meeting notes, CRM updates, follow-up drafts, task tracking, and internal workflows.Build repeatable BD workflows, a project operating system, and AI-native team operations.
Growth Path
The short-term goal is to become a reliable BD & Relationship Operator beside the founding team, helping the company turn high-trust networks, events, and client needs into an actionable BD pipeline.
The mid-term goal is to grow into a BD / Investor Relations Associate, independently managing selected client relationships, referrer networks, small events, early-stage pipelines, and investor relationship initiatives.

BD Lead / Investor Relations Lead
In this role, you will learn:
- Financial Markets & Investing: investment strategies, risk control, fund products, asset allocation, and research discussions.
- International Fund Structures: Hong Kong Type 9, OFC fund platforms, custodians, fund administrators, KYC / AML, and cross-border fund infrastructure.
- HNW Client Management: needs and decision-making logic of HNW clients, business owners, family assets, investment companies, and corporate capital.
- 0-to-1 Startup GTM: market validation, investor communication, shareholder networks, referral systems, and AUM commitment pool building.
- High-Intensity Project Collaboration: driving BD, product, compliance, content, and operations projects with the founding team.
- AI-Native Workflows: using AI to scale BD, CRM, meetings, content, and project management.
- Founder-Level Decision Making: resource allocation, prioritization, client strategy, and organization design.
Requirements
Required
- 3+ years of experience in BD, client relationship management, CEO Office, high-end events, project management, investor relations, or premium client services; 5+ years or proven ability to drive high-end client / BD pipelines independently is preferred.
- Mature interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust in settings involving business owners, shareholders, HNW clients, and external partners.
- Experience in proactive outreach, invitations, relationship management, event coordination, or client pipeline advancement..
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and cross-project collaboration skills.
- Excellent Chinese and English ability, including the ability to read financial and business materials and support bilingual communication.
- Strong interest in financial markets, investing, asset management, technology, AI, or entrepreneurship.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new collaboration and AI tools, and turn them into efficient workflows.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, high-intensity, multi-tasking startup environment.
Preferred
- Experience in finance, private banking, wealth management, insurance, consulting, VC, family offices, chambers of commerce, private clubs, or premium membership services.
- Prior exposure to business owners, HNW clients, investors, shareholders, founders, or professional services clients.
- Overseas work, study abroad, cross-border business, or international finance exposure.
Work Setup
- Location: First six months primarily remote for internal work, with full flexibility for external meetings and events in Taipei, Hong Kong, and other relevant locations. Taipei will become the main work location afterward.
- Type: Full-time
- Compensation: Annual salary from NT$1,000,000+, negotiable based on capability, experience, and resources.
- Bonus: OKR-based, tied to meeting creation, pipeline advancement, event execution, and overall contribution.
